We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels nationally & internationally via their partner services. 

Disclaimer: We humbly ask for your understanding, cooperation and patience due to the current Coronavirus situation. Shipping will be delayed for all locations both nationally & internationally. We will continue to work to deliver products as soon as possible while we keep our close attention on the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. 

Australian National shipping rates are calculated at checkout via location and weight.

International Shipping starts at a rate of $24.95 Aud

Shipping within AUS takes between 5-7 business days

International shipping times can vary;

Shipping to the USA takes between 5-10 business days.

Shipping to the UK and Canada takes between 8-12 business days.

Other countries take between 15-25 business days (depending on your local post services).

DELIVERY RULES:

Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.

For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.

Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away by using the contact tab if you believe you have given any incorrect details.

What happens if I enter an incorrect/incomplete address at the checkout?

If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to us. If you wish to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee equal to the initial shipping. If you wish to be refunded, we will refund you the amount of your purchase minus the shipping fee to and from your location. We are not held liable if you enter an incomplete or incorrect address.

Is this company based in Australia & Indigenous owned?

YES to both! - We are based in Sydney & Orange, Australia. We are Indigenous owned (Wiradjuri Nation to be exact) and we ship from Sydney. 

I have a skin condition, are your products suitable for me?

We can't give a definitive answer as each individual is different, our products use only natural organic certified ingredients however it is common knowledge that clay masks and facials can dry your skin so this is why it is important to moisturise after using any skin product! If you suffer from any skin condition you may experience a slight tingling sensation on use. Please remember everyone is different and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skin care products. Therefore, it is best to check with your GP or patch test if you have any major concerns.

I ordered a gift voucher but didn't receive it in my order
